Orville McDermid Fund

Mr. McDermid lived most of his life in Latchford. He worked at both the Haileybury Hospital and the Temiskaming Hospital, where in 1986 he became the CEO. Orville's wife Rita established this Donor Advised fund in 2013 to honour her husband and his good work and dedication to his community. This Fund has since transitioned to a restricted fund that grants to the Community Fund.
